How to use Xyfto

Every tool follows the same three-step rhythm: pick, process, export. Here is what each one does and where to find it.

Tip: long-press a selected file in your gallery to multi-select before opening Xyfto.

Compress Image

Make photos smaller for sharing, forms and storage.

  1. 1Open Compress Image and pick a JPG, PNG or HEIC file.
  2. 2Choose Light, Balanced or Aggressive — the preview shows the estimated result.
  3. 3Tap Compress, then save or share the smaller file.

HEIC files are converted to JPG automatically when you compress them.

PDF Tools

Create, merge and export PDFs without a desktop.

  1. 1Open PDF Tools from the dashboard.
  2. 2Choose Image to PDF, Merge PDFs or PDF to Image.
  3. 3Follow the on-screen steps, preview the result, then save or share it.

Image to PDF lets you reorder and rotate pages before export.

Video to Audio

Keep the sound from a video without re-encoding it.

  1. 1Open Video to Audio and pick a video.
  2. 2Tap Extract Audio.
  3. 3Open, save or share the extracted audio file.

The audio stream is copied as-is, so quality stays exactly the same.

Video Trimmer

Cut a clip without losing quality.

  1. 1Open Video Trimmer from More Tools and pick a video.
  2. 2Drag the timeline handles to set the start and end.
  3. 3Tap Trim, then save the lossless clip.

The filmstrip preview updates as you drag, so you can find the exact frame.

Compress Video

Make large videos easier to send and store.

  1. 1Open Compress Video from More Tools and pick a video.
  2. 2Choose a quality level and a resolution target.
  3. 3Tap Compress and wait for the on-device encode to finish.

If a video is already efficient, Xyfto warns you instead of making it bigger.

Audio to Text

Turn speech into editable text, entirely offline.

  1. 1Open Audio to Text from More Tools.
  2. 2Pick an audio file or record with the microphone.
  3. 3Choose a model, tap Transcribe, then copy, export or share the text.

Larger models are more accurate but slower. Start with the recommended model.
