Grant of license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Xyfto on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal use, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions and billing
Xyfto offers optional Pro upgrades. Xyfto Monthly is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Google Play. Xyfto Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently for the Google account used to buy it.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The monthly subscription auto-renews each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Xyfto only with files you have the right to process and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you select and for the results you create.
On-device processing
Xyfto processes files on your device. We do not receive, store or have access to your files, and we cannot recover files that are deleted or lost on your device.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the app or comply with legal requirements. We aim to keep the app working on supported Android versions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
Xyfto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techdozie Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
